Financial

  1. Achieve area sales targets
  2. Ensure cost effectiveness coverage of the markets
  3. Control inventory and outstanding / receivables and take appropriate corrective actions
  4. Control overall expense budgets for various heads
  5. Manage settlement of expiry & breakage as per the organizational norm


Process

  1. Assist Sales Manager and or Marketing in preparing accurate 12 months rolling sales forecast
  2. Implement product strategies and promotional plans and including introductions of new products
  3. Implement diseases management and other customer support programs with guidance from Product Management team
  4. Guide and control Medical Reps in promoting products as per such treatment maps
  5. Assign sales targets for each territory with guidance from Sales Manager or Business Unit Head
  6. Ensure collection of complete data on target doctors, maintenance of call records and updating database
  7. Review sales and financial performance of distributors and take corrective steps as and when necessary
  8. Monitor competitors’ activities
  9. Set up sales territories, deploy Med Reps. / Field Executive and assign sales targets


People

  1. Monitor and appraise performance of field staff in the team
  2. Create an open and enabling work climate
  3. Assess field staff’s detailing and selling skills
  4. Train field staff in organizing lecture programs and customer support programs, prescription monitoring, chemist audits and any new initiative
  5. Identify and develop field staff for higher responsibilities in the organization
  6. Carry out performance & development discussion on a regular basis


Customer

  1. Organize lecture programs, patient education / support programs, seminar / film shows and any other HCP event
  2. Maintain appropriate relation with Health authorities / payors /providers
  3. Maintain cordial relations with Medical – Chemists Associations and Drug Control authorities
  4. Maintain good industrial relations with Reps union etc.

Kualifikasi

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Min 5 years Sales management experience
  2. Exposure to Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry
  3. Fluent in Bahasa and English language
  4. Ability to translate numeric analysis into sales strategies that can be implemented
  5. Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  7. Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams and/or cross-functional teams)
  8. Ability to work with / drive Business Part to deliver business expectations
