Conduct comprehensive pre-project and post-project insight, research (marketing campaign), including market, cultural, and trend analysis.
Gather and analyze data from various sources (social media, performance reports, cultural trends, industry insights).
Provide actionable insights and creative POVs to inspire campaign strategies and content directions.
Monitor ongoing conversations around specific brands, projects, or cultural moments (e.g., how people talk about some brand or projects in Jakarta).
Perform 360° social media research to identify audience behavior, trending topics, and opportunities for creative execution.
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure insights are translated into impactful ideas.
Stay updated with the latest digital, social, and cultural trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspectives.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or any major related fields.
Proven 2-3 years of experience in creative research, insights, or strategy-related roles (preferably in creative agencies or digital marketing).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and creative opportunities.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, digital culture, and audience behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights in an engaging and inspiring way.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
